Join YACHT's Jona Bechtolt and Claire L. Evans at Metalabel HQ for an artists' talk and personalized guided tour of Planet Blip — the wonky, playful, fast-moving culture of manic entertainment that animates the already-cult-classic video game, Blippo+.

Evans and Bechtolt will "channel-flip" through Blippo+, sharing insights on world-building, design, and television history. Attendees will also have a chance to pick up a copy of "Logos from Planet Blip", the newly-released graphic design sourcebook for Blippo+, designed and written by Evans and Bechtolt.

Blippo+ is an experimental live-action video game that simulates the experience of channel-flipping through an alien television network. Featuring a cast of over 100 performers and a 137-song original soundtrack, it's a love letter to the radical history of television, a time-capsule of Los Angeles’ art underground, and 5-plus-hour science fiction movie disguised as a video game.
